These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ComplyEur, a compliance tracking service provided to help UK businesses monitor employee travel to the Schengen Area under the 90/180-day rule.

By accessing or using ComplyEur, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

ComplyEur provides:

• Automated tracking of employee travel days within the Schengen Area
• Rolling 180-day window calculations for compliance monitoring
• Alerts and notifications for approaching compliance limits
• Reporting and export functionality for audit purposes
• What-if scenario planning tools

To use ComplyEur, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation (for business accounts)

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your use of ComplyEur is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate legal basis (such as employee consent or legitimate business interest) to input employee travel data into the system.

ComplyEur is a guidance tool only.

While we strive for accuracy, ComplyEur:

• Does NOT provide legal or immigration advice
• Does NOT guarantee compliance with Schengen regulations
• Should NOT be used as the sole basis for travel decisions
• Cannot account for all individual circumstances or rule changes

You should always:

• Verify calculations independently
• Consult with an immigration lawyer for final travel decisions
• Check official government sources for current regulations
• Maintain your own records as backup

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ComplyEur is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any visa violations, entry denials, fines, or other consequences arising from reliance on the service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComplyEur from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start.

Paid Plans: After your trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support@complyeur.com for refund requests.

ComplyEur, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the system. We claim no ownership rights over your employee or travel data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ComplyEur at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the service will cease immediately
• You may request an export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 90 days following termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Your continued use of ComplyEur after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ComplyEur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
