You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Does NOT guarantee compliance with Schengen regulations
  • Should NOT be used as the sole basis for travel decisions
  • Cannot account for all individual circumstances or rule changes

You should always:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any visa violations, entry denials, fines, or other consequences arising from reliance on the service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start.

Paid Plans: After your trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support@complyeur.com for refund requests.

9. Intellectual Property

ComplyEur, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the system. We claim no ownership rights over your employee or travel data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ComplyEur at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the service will cease immediately
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after 90 days following termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Your continued use of ComplyEur after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ComplyEur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
